“I’ve been heavily involved with the fine arts from a very young age. I attended the Sacramento Waldorf School where I gained a great deal of experience first hand with the creation of fine art.. I later attended Notre Dame College and studied both commercial Art and Fine Art Education. After leaving Notre Dame College in 1993, I began an apprenticeship with a master jeweler. Jewelry design and manufacturing soon became my life. I am now creating one of a kind pieces of fine art (small sculptures and fine jewelry). I am heavily inspired by the subject of Angels. Most of my work would be categorized as “clean-line contemporary”. ie. fairly modern. I approach the process of making jewelry as a sculptor. All pieces are to be signed and dated by the artist.”                           Jason Michaels
